Batman vol 1 #497 (July 1993) - Bruce is thrown into the case by Bane. This is the first time the case is ever broken.

Batman: Shadow of the Bat #73 (April 1998) - The case is destroyed during an earthquake that hits Gotham. 

Batman vol. 1 #600 (March 2002) - Dick punches it by accident during a fight with Bruce.

Batman vol 1 #657 (September 2006) - Tim falls on the case after being knocked out by Damian with a punch.

Batman and Robin vol 2 #10 (June 2012) - Tim throws Damian into the case during a fight that Damian started

Batman and Robin vol 2 #21 (June 2013) - Barbara smashes it in anger at Bruce’s behavior after the death of Damian
